Immersive exhibition and performance; 2025
TRIPTYCH OF THOUGHTS is an immersive experience of layered and shared stories, presented by a group of interdisciplinary artists Fruzsina Nagy, Suzana Vulovic and Uros Rankovic. This exhibition reflects the philosophical idea of identity as a dynamic process: interconnected and layered. It tries to show ambivalent emotions, memories, and the complexity of living in a city where none of them was born or raised. Led by the notion of the polyptych, the ensemble creates a symphony of emotional states and transitions that navigate through intertwined experiences of collective and individual memory. These artists navigate collective memory and place, multiplicity of perspectives, and notions of identity and belonging.
This experience invites you to contemplate on topics like transitions, migration, and the unseen links which connect us to places and to each other. The exhibition weaves personal memories with shared experiences through visual art, poetry, dance, and sound into a tender investigation of transitions and subconscious exchanges between people, places, and the unseen.
Central to this exhibition are questions like: How do our personal responses to global and social changes shape the way we see ourselves and our shared spaces? What does it mean to find balance when everything feels uncertain? Can we actually change anything?
The exhibition brings together what can be seen and touched with what is felt and imagined, bringing science, art, and personal stories together.
TRIPTYCH OF THOUGHTS invites you into a re-imagining-the city, any city, and your place within it. By blending movement, sound, and image, the exhibition turns absence into presence and discomfort into understanding. It is a space for conversation, for wondering, for playfulness and for moulding something new out of what feels uncertain.
What will you create from your pain?
From the spaces where connection feels lost?
And what traces will you leave behind in the places you pass through?
